We are an online shop, no physical store location. To cut costs and to deliver products to you at wholesale prices, we ship all products directly from the manufacturer to your door.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item?

Please EMAIL US at support@thesavvypets.com with your order number and a photo/video of the fault. Once we receive your request we will arrange a replacement for you.
