Please EMAIL US at support@thesavvypets.com with your order number and a photo/video of the fault. Once we receive your request we will arrange a replacement for you.

1st dog beach trip. I have NEVER used poop bags or a carrier. We Live in the woods & don't travel with 3 dogs!
This is the cutest bag. It is well made. The color is perfect. The clip is sturdy, velcro is sturdy. I put 2 rolls of bags in the front. They fit fine.

Ok Not too bulky. Beats the fanny pack we were using to hold these things before.

Plenty of room inside bag for extra poop bag and even small bottle of hand sanitizer, probably also a set of spare keys, some emergency cash/card, a few treats.
